What a vacation!
Was on the road for a week and finally got to catch some cool air.
Shot out to Connecticut and up through Cape Cod even did a little detour to Lake Placid (did not find the shark but I did see some snow!).
My only bone head move of the whole trip was putting absolute faith in my gps and almost ended up in Canada.
Nothing wrong with that other than the fact I forgot my passport.
If you ever get a chance to ride out there I say do it.
Some of the best scenery you can find anywhere.
You can start on the ocean in the morning and be in the mountains by late afternoon.
And if you are a fan of fresh seafood there is no place better!
